Garage Door Repair
Fast response, strong willingness to meet my needs/budget, and work done right away, which I wasn't even expecting. In general I'd like less guesswork on pricing (how about a menu with flat pricing?) but getting multiple estimates helped there.
I think there are some things I might have done differently if this wasn't an emergency situation, but it was fixed and that's what matters most.

Itamar was very quick to meet me and took the time to explain the keypad lock. He was very helpful. I didn’t realize there was a service fee on top of the quoted price. Recommend getting an estimate in writing including taxes and fees.

Everything from start to finish was very professional, from the salesman to the fitters. We are very pleased with the garage door and hopefully will see many years of work. Within a couple of hours from first contact, they had gotten back to me, fixed a time, sent out a workman, and fixed my garage door, and serviced the one which was not damaged too! Max was prompt, polite, sociable and professional. He arrived right on time and worked quickly, and even went the extra mile by both giving me a great deal on a new doorknob and giving me some extra drill screws for free. Just an all-around great experience. I hope I never need a locksmith again but if I ever do, I am calling Max.

Garage Door Opener Repair or Adjustment
Same day service on Martin Luther king day to replace two broken garage door springs. He had to work with two cars in the garage with little space since they were trapped within the garage. He was able to complete the work in about an hour. It was pricey for the new springs; far more than I had expected. Labor charge was what I had expected.
