"Our 20 yr old north facing, 90 ft long cedar fence needed 16 bracing posts because a snow storm and a recent strong wind had weakened the original posts. After installing the new solid cedar posts, the area cleared of excess soil and empty cement bags, the small red lava rock was repositioned around the new posts. Everything was accomplished to our satisfaction by the professional, hard-working, pleasant employees. Now our fence should not fall over into our neighbor's backyard access roadway!"

"Ace Services were vary prompt with my request for service on my wind damaged roof in November 2019. Not only did they fix the problem but they found other potential problems with my aging roof. I just needed to last till spring when I planed to have the entire roof redone. The work for spring was pushed back to June 2020 do to covid restrictions. However, when I called them they immediately fit me in to the schedule. They were vary professional, friendly, clean and extremely helpful. They took the time to make sure every thing was right. George and Mark were vary helpful and patient with all my questions and concerns, even gave me a few tips when I offhandedly mentioned some my projects around the property. They are veteran friendly and I will defiantly enlist there services for some of my larger projects in the future. Thank you for everything!"

"The tile Curtis had to work with (selected by me) was difficult because it wa natural slate and not uniform in size or thinkness. Curtis did a beautiful job with it. He also did another bathroom with porcelain tile and cut pebbles which also looks fantastic."

Pool Table Assembly questions, answered by experts

A well-built and well-maintained concrete pool should last anywhere from 50 to 75 years. Concrete is prone to cracking, so winterization and regular pool repairs are particularly important. Water can seep into existing cracks, freeze, and make them worse. Most homeowners should resurface their concrete every few years to maintain their pool’s lifespan.

The lifespan of a semi-aboveground pool depends on the lining, but they last between seven and 15 years on average. This is right in line with what you can expect from a standard aboveground pool. In comparison, an in-ground pool can last up to 75 years with a well-maintained concrete liner.

With a regular pool, the water is contained by visible walls that are higher than the water level. An infinity pool has one or more walls that are right at the waterline so they're not truly visible. For an invisible look, the lower wall is often made of glass or clear acrylic. The water laps over the lower edge and into a catch basin below where it gets pumped back into the pool.

The average pool loses one-eighth of an inch of water every day. However, how much your pool will lose depends on various factors, such as water temperature, climate, and weather. Warm water will evaporate more quickly than cold water, and pools in low-humidity climates will experience faster evaporation. However, this doesn’t mean you’ll need to constantly refill your pool.

Vinyl pools are the least expensive for installation thanks to the relatively low cost of vinyl pool liners. However, vinyl liners do not last as long as fiberglass or concrete designs, which could balance out the cost of the pool overall depending on its size.
