I was looking to replace my deck and porch railing and found Andy and his sons. I could not be more satisfied with the quality of work for the price. Andy and his sons done beautiful work. The project was finished when he said it would be. He was very communicative about the project from start to finish. I am completely satisfied and recommend these gentlemen.

It is rare to have a company like Andrew Hopkins Co., a Father and Son team, work with such expertise and commitment. We are so impressed at their finished product that another project for next year with them is in the works. Our deck was 14 years old and built by the pool company that put in our pool. Spent many hour and years keeping up on the shoddy work that was done until rot took over and the entire deck, landing and staircase had to be removed and replaced. We picked Andrew Hopkins to do it. Thank God we did. Professional, timely and the craftsmanship is above reproach. No inflated price, no extra sales pushes and a real joy to be around. Hats-off to Andrew and his Sons for a wonderful experience. Thank you gentlemen.

I liked working with Andy. I feel he is knowledgeable, trustworthy, dependable and a good communicator. I am very pleased with the black chain link fence he installed around our new sports court. Thank you so much. This is the second job he has done for us. I would hire him again.

Mr. Hopkins and his son's are honest and replaced our 14 x 15 deck with a 16 x 22 and covered screen area. They took the time to ask about step location, type of roof ,and screen door direction. He would text and call to keep me updated on the project and the work being done. Highly recommended.

Andy and his sons did a great job building my son's fence. He came in lower than the other quotes we got and we are very pleased. I am out of town and hired them so I haven't seen it yet in person, but my son is thrilled with it. Andy was very communicative and helpful. We would definitely use this company again.

Andrew and his sons were super professional and personable. I felt very comfortable and safe with them on my property especially as a women living alone. The deck looks amazing and the work was done quickly and efficiently. Recommend, especially if you love supporting family businesses!

Very professional, very customer focused and very personable! He and his crew care about their work. I enjoyed talking with Andy as well! My mom passed away in April, and he was very accommodating in getting the deck done later than sooner with all I had to do back home. My old deck was 20 years old and needed to be replaced. I got a composite deck flooring along with cedar railings, aluminum spindles and pressure treated pine for the rest. Very sturdy deck and safe to be on for years to come. The deck passed all three city codes inspections which proved to me he knows what to do. I had about 5-6 estimates and his price was excellent!

He is a man of his word, Contracted andrew after a bad contractor ruined my deck addition. Adrew was prmopt in contacting me and kept in touch with me while I was in the process of getting the funds together to get the project finished. He was a joy to work with, a man of his word, and completed my deck on time and to the specification that I wanted. I'll be using him in the future to build my privacy fence and a host of other projects. He kept me informed of all things regarding my deck. This was a very pleasent experience for us. Thanks Andy... Initial estimator didn't show. I agreed to meet with Andrew on second day. We set the date for the work. He postponed twice b/c of the weather forecast. He did not ever initiate contact. I always had to call him. He was finally to do the work today and again I contacted him. He had truck trouble and wasn't going to make it. I had taken the day off work, so he agreed to send someone else. The two men he sent were roofers - NOT carpenters, even though he assured me that they were. They did an average job repairing my window sash. Would NOT reccommend this contractor to anyone!

Andy did additional work that he saw at no extra charge. He is a pleasant hard working man. It is easy to establish a rapport. We have several more items that will tackle a few mon ths down the road

He almost always answers his phone and when he can't, he returned calls promptly. Very knowledgable in several different areas so was able to handle everything I needed from electrical work to putting together a computer desk. All for a very reasonable price. He is friendly, couteous and reliable. I will definitely use him again.

I hired Mr. Hopkins to put up wood railing and columns on my front porch. The cuts made on the wood are sloppy and angles do not fit together properly. He did not use a nail gun so nail heads are sticking out all over at odd angles. Mr. Hopkins also tiled my porch and steps, the tile job is extremely sloppy, tile is hanging over the sides of the porch, cuts are at bad angles and the grout is cracking and coming up in chunks. He refunded the money I had in the tile work but he did not offer anything to fix the wood work job. Save yourself the hassle, this is going to cost me a lot of time and money to fix and I am increadibly upset.

Mr. Hopkins did not show up at the times requested. He did not make the correction to the fence he promised. The gates are horrible and he gives excuses as to why he cannot get the work done. He is not bonded and I could find no record with the State of Tennessee regarding a license.

He was very professional. Kept me informed on the status of the project. GREAT JOB!

So very awesome! He and his assistant Terry did everything I asked. Even went the extra mile..."for lack of words" Even after the job was completed, I knew that I would want to use them again. Which I did. I will continue to use his services for any future needs. :)

He was very good. I have used him for four or five years. He has done many projects, came back the next day to fixed the problem. He has done many things for me. Just does the work just the way I want.
