The owner does not follow through with the promised work and tries to get all the insurance money he can even refusing to refund the owner when the work is not complete. Extremely unprofessional and even made ridiculous accusations. I am appalled by the behavior and lack of ethics the owner of this business has.

My house flooded & Servicemaster & Homesly did the renovation. I am extremely pleased with their work. My possessions were thoughtfully packed and stored. Homesly came in and did the reconstruction. I would recommend them to anyone with water damage like I experienced. They kept me informed of all that was going on & what to expect. The subcontractors were professional and treated me with respect. This company should be your first call! I am so pleased!

DO NOT Hire this company.  Service Master is owned by the same owsner as  Homesley Construction.  They  and work  as one company (in essence) to restore and rebuild.  They  do demo  and dry out, with no regard for protecting personal property but are NOT PROFESSIONAL  construction contractors RUN RUN RUN.
 A two  guy crew of untrained and unskilled  workers( just the opposite of their web site claims) with no regard to personal property, unsupervised, not reliable and make more of a mess than they repair.    The structural work of the floor  and floor insulation  was done without permits as required in Chelan County. They work was a sloppy mess. code violations at 3 levels.   The tile  grout was also a mess.  High and low grooves with  TWO different colors  of grout were used without checking the product they received at the pro  desk at Lowes.  The wood trim reinstall on door casings and floor transition were not replaced like original with wide gaps and improper placement.
 Improper cleaning of  tile floor(GROUT) and   no one inspected their work since they did not obtain required permits.  Project manager never inspected  of their 2 man crew  any work during the 5 week job,( which should have been done  in two weeks).   They showed  up  without a hard schedule  never worked any regular days or schedule. and  would leave some days after  one or two hours to go to  another job.   
 They did not have proper equipment  or tools AT TIMES  to do the  work, left 30 bags of demo trash and loose  trash piled up in my drive way/sidewalk for 4 weeks, their truck(s) dripped oil stains   total of 15 on the driveway in front of the garage.  They mixed tile mortar ON the entry exposed aggregate sidewalk and  spilled and stained the sidewalk permanently.   Put up a dust barrier with 250 staples into a newly refinished ceiling. Put their power tool batteries to cool in our brand new refreidgerator, used kitchen micro wave to make their lunch, silverware is missing.  They did not cover our new wood and leather furniture and dust was all over it.  They were told not to try to clean it  for fear of destroying it.  The lead guy the last day had a jug of MOP and GLO to put on the porcilin  glazed tile, to cover the grout residue that was never cleaned . They filed a lien on my home because I will not pay until the work that has to be done correctly is completed with contractors that I will hire . They are not allowed back in my house.  They are a disaster and a lame excuse for a contractor.  Be Ware, the laws do not protect the owners,

It was a terrible experience and they overcharge me doubled almost. Most of that billing are actually billing was for work that he didn't do anyway. He billed me for painting which he never did anything or whatsoever. He billed me for putting up a dust barriers so the little tiny sheetrock spot that he did wouldn't do any dust now so that was a part he did not do at all and then he charge for the tape and other miscellaneous which he didn't any. He also charges me for moving the refrigerator which I did. They called up and I told them okay revise this bill and take this crap of that you charge me for and I be glad to send you cheque when I get the revise bill for what you really did. Just the other day I got the revise bill dated on February 27th and I sat down and write a cheque and went over it and they still charge $832 which was still overcharge for stuff they didn’t do. I just paid them and I just got them off my case.
