I would recommend hiring Elias if you get changes in writing. They cleaned up pretty well although they missed a few things due to finishing in the dark. "Strickland recently installed steel siding and soffit on my 105-year-old house and I could not be happier. The house looks new while maintaining the original look (Dutch lap siding). Mike, the owner, was a breeze to work with. I called and received an estimate the next day and not only was he nice and professional; he was enthusiastic about how solid the seamless steel product is. I signed the agreement in mid-November and they started in late December. The siding/soffit was finished in about 9 days, which was impressive for such a tall house. The crew were super polite, professional, and highly skilled. I was impressed with how clean they left the house and yard each night. I am already recommending Strickland to everyone. It is such a relief to know the house is protected and that I will never have to paint it again. The house has no central heating/air and gets cold in the winter. Due to the foam sheeting and new siding installed directly over the old wood siding, it is noticeably warmer inside. Wish I had done it years ago. The only part that sucked was that it was dark when I left and came home so I was not able to see much better it looked each day!"
