Beacon Plumbing was founded by Bill Cahill in 1999 with 1 employee and his son, and was named Beacon Plumbing Heating & Mechanical, Inc. for much of its history. Based in Kent, Washington Beacon Plumbing has now has over 50 employees and has served over 100,000 households, making it one of the largest plumbing companies in Washington. Bill Cahill is the current President and Owner.

Additionally, it shows that the work was approved and completed in a satisfactory manner. I don't show any complaints on the work other than this comment on Angie's List. I'm sorry this job has upset you, for what it's worth the tech who completed the plumbing is one of our most senior techs and currently acting as our field supervisor. I can assure you the customer was in good hands, paid a fair price, and the plumbing work was great quality. Our prices will not be like your average, ma and pa plumbing outfit. We are a much larger company with greater capacity and greater reach. With that, unfortunately, is a greater cost of doing business. Should you decide to give us a chance to earn your business as a customer, we'd be happy to offer a $100 credit towards any future work."

"Hello [Member Name Removed]! With all due respect we will have to agree to disagree. It's true we came out and provided a quote and you declined. However, the quote was no where near $1200 and instead of declining the service in a professional manner you wrote on the invoice "Go XXXX yourself" in the signature area. Oddly enough you then called us back out two days later and had us do the work we quoted. Not sure what happened, but we wish you the best in your endeavors."
