They happened to have the heater model I needed in stock, so they were able to complete the work on the same day of the consultation. The price was I believe fair market value for the work… the part was marked up but I went ahead with completing the job because of convenience. My only reason I’m giving a 4 star as opposed to 5, however, is because the communication with the technician was a little bit challenging and unclear. Overall, they followed through and the work was completed. I am satisfied with how this project turned out."

"I called on a Friday morning and left a message. Todd called back within an hour and happened to be at a job closeby. He said he could come over and look at it in an hour. Great! He came and looked and took pictures. He gave me a lot of information about why and how the stone got damaged. Todd sent a formal quote the following Monday with a detailed explanation of the work that would be done. We agreed and scheduled a start date. Todd and his crew worked according to the schedule.
