This was challenging as there are many fractures to contend with in the slab. Floating one area up can affect the adjacent area and throw the edges into an unrecoverable situation when leveling. The team was asked to push to achieve the best outcome, not perfection and that is what they did in order to meet my expectations. Mt floor is usable again in only one day and at half the cost of removal and replacement (as long as you can accept the existing blemishes). Their teamwork and customer service attitude is top notch!

All of the contacts with Slabjack people were very professional and helpful. Since my job was small, and not what they would normally do with the slab lifting process, the result was not perfectly level, but still very good. This is why I rated Quality as four stars. Everything else I rated five stars. I would definitely use them again.

Two workers showed up on time, pleasant and informative, raised broken areas to level the patio, cleaned up all debris, done in about 2 hours, results fully matched expectation, holes drilled in patio to inject foam were filled so very little appearance remained. No new cracks occurred. Workers referred us to person who can fill and repair cracks. Thank you for an amazing job well done!

Slabjack was very responsive in coming out, assessing my repair, and providing a proposal. The Slabjack crew arrived on time, were professional and friendly and clearly knew what they were doing. They discussed my repair before starting the work, even though they obviously knew what was in the proposal, and took my wishes into account when they did the repair. There were basically 3 sections, some with gaps almost 2 inches wide. One slab was 4 inches down and slanted even farther towards the corner.the next slab was low as well and all slanted towards the other slab. It was interesting to watch the process, because one corner was raising high but was brought down eventually. All joints aren’t perfect, but all things considered they’re pretty close. I’ll still have to fill in large gaps.

This is the 2nd time The good folks at Slabjack have done work for me. Due to erosion, I had a void under my driveway that needed to be filled. I received a fair estimate and scheduled the project a couple of weeks later. Communication during the process was excellent! The crew came out on schedule and completed the work in about an hour. Very happy with the result!

Slabjack performed above my expectations, they found that the previous person that did the concrete. Failed to put in relief cuts to drain water. The team did a great job of performing that task.
