We are a full service restoration contractor. We do every phase of construction. Our specialties are restoration for insurance companies, flood and water damage, fire damage, mold remediation, carpet cleaning, duct cleaning. We want all 5's on our customer surveys and want to make sure you know that before we start. When it comes to drying a water damage, we can get it dry in 1 or 2 days where all of our competition takes 3 days to 2 weeks. Where dreams are restored!

The first thing you should do when cleaning smoke damage is open all your windows to ventilate the affected area and run an air purifier with a HEPA filter. This can be advantageous if you have a dog that likes to mark areas with a strong scent. Also, hydrogen is a strong oxidizer that can break down bacterial odors, and it is less likely to remove the finish on hardwood flooring than vinegar. Never mix hydrogen peroxide and vinegar. This creates corrosive and toxic peracetic acid.

Use arm caps and rotate seat cushions to prolong the life of your microfiber couch and maintain it after cleaning. Remove dry spills using a vacuum and brush, and consider increasing regular cleaning if the sofa is heavily used or if somebody in the home is sensitive to allergies.
