$1300 to unclog a sink and convince an elderly couple that their 4year old house needed a new garbage disposal and at that sold them the premium top of the line. Very disappointing that someone would take the opportunity to make money off elderly.

Patriot quickly and efficiently fixed a plugged sink. This wasn’t just a typical clog. These were a handful of beads, the kind that can expand up to two-hundred times their size! Both sides of the sink and the dishwasher were clogged. We called a plumber (not from Patriot) and they came out on a Friday and they couldn’t do anything. They snaked the drain but they couldn’t get the snake past six feet (apparently not realizing the snake needed to curve with the pipe). They recommended hydro jetting. We called around and the cost was going to be well over$1,000. Since it was late Friday and was Memorial weekend we waited until Tuesday to call Patriot. Tom came out first thing Wednesday morning, was here for half an hour and fixed it. He had no trouble snaking it. Tom was extremely friendly and professional. We were extremely grateful! We should have called Patriot in the first place. Instead we stressed about the cost and washed dishes in the bathtub for four long days. Ugh. Lesson learned. It’s been two-weeks and all is well. We will also be having them install a new heating and cooling system. Thank you Patriot!

When I called Patriot I was surprised at how fast a plumber was able to respond (within an hour of the call). He replaced the disposal and rerouted the pipes with ease and with absolutely no mess. He was also very helpful, most personable and graciously put up with three yapping dogs. I will only use Patriot for any future plumbing issues.

They offered to come out the same day and were able to get to us earlier than the window that they had originally given us. Great communication throughout. Adam quickly assessed the situation and replaced the faucet. He was very courteous and professional. He gave us options for replacement and explained why a repair wasn't possible. He up-sold us on a model that would help prevent the same type of thing from happening again. He showed us the broken part before disposing of it. He also took the time to give us some tips on things we could do to protect the rest of our pipes. He asked about the age and condition of our water heater, but did not pressure us to replace it. Considering how well this went, I'll likely call them to replace it when the time comes.

Each time I've had Patriot come out it's been a great experience. They have always come out the next day after I call- sometimes they've offered same-day service. Jeff from Patriot plumbing was my most recent technician, and he was straight-forward and honest. He fixed my problems quickly and efficiently. He explained everything he was doing and explained why it was important. They have never tried to oversell the problem. They do sell extended warranty programs or service programs, but I've never bought one of them so I can't comment on those. Anyway, I would recommend them 100%.

Had new countertops and a deeper sink installed. As a result, the drain needed to be adjusted. Also needed new disposal installed. Called very early in the morning and got the answering service. They asked if I needed someone immediately - the was an emergency tech on call. I declined the emergency service and asked for a callback at mid-morning. About 9:30 they called and by 9:50 the plumber was at work. Gave me a written estimate before work was begun. Work was done quickly and carefully. And the price was less than I'd anticipated.

Josh called at 10 and said he could come right now if that was okay? He was here in less than half an hour - he is such a professional, kind young man and went right to work. My unit is very old and he sort of was taken aback - but set right to work. My husband was right there asking questions, talking - and even at one point said maybe he better go back in so he wouldn't bother but Josh said he didn't mind the questions as he was able to focus when he needs to! He quickly isolated the problem, did some creative re- wiring, replaced the part and within an hour my air conditioner is back up and running and my little house is cooling right back down. I have used Patriot Plumbing before for a plumbing emergency and had just as wonderful of an experience. I am so very grateful to Matt and Josh for taking such good care of my problem. In this heat I don't know how you all keep so calm, stay so professional and kind, and manage to make it all seem like such an easy job when I know it can be a hot, frustrating, miserable working condition job! Thank you from my heart! All this - on a Sunday, by a young man who stayed up half the night because fires are raging near his home, and he did it with patience and a smile! I highly recommend Patriot Plumbing for any plumbing or heating/air conditioning needs!!
