We are also a member of DKI (Disaster Kleenup International). Our service area includes all of Chelan, Douglas, Grant, Okanogan and Kittitas counties. The quality of the works was awful. They agreed to cut the wood to fit in my woodstove. But after they were gone I found the wood was cut into such large pieces they wouldn't even fit into my large fireplace, let alone the wood stove. I called and got no satisfactory response. They were only interested in the money my insurance company had allowed for the job and lied about the service they agreed to complete.
I am a professional business women and I also used to manage construction jobs for both residential and commercial jobs. I would never use France and Company again.
The price of their work was ludicrous, the quality far below what anyone would expect and their integrity was even lower than that!
I could have had the work they performed done for a fraction of the price (about $500 and even that is generous), but because they didn't give me bids and lied about what they would do and for the amount . . . and because they were doing this through my insurance company -- I agreed to have the work done.ge
