Augustine arrived on time, spent time reviewing all work to be done and then explained what he would do and how he would do it. He was very professional and proficient. My carpets were a disaster and they now look absolutely beautiful. I would not be happier and would HIGHLY recommend his company to anyone who just needs beautiful, clean carpets. two thumb up, if I could give more stars I would, K. Jeff Kirschner.
