The quality is very good although the price of cushion (insert) is higher than I expected. It took an extra week and I had to call to ask for the progress and when I can go pick up. However, they have an interior designer working in the shop and she is very knowledgable about fabrics and matching with your existing furniture, floor, and carpet. I show her pictures of rooms where these cushion and pad would go, and she gave excellent suggestions (otherwise, the selection of fabric is overwhelming). Overall the experience is great and I have a comfortable daybed to lay down now.

I had a brand new wingback chair that my brand new puppy decided to sink his brand new sharp puppy teeth into. He ripped the whole front of one of the arms off. I took my chair into Bellevue Eastside Upholstery and they were very nice and professional. They provided an estimate and were able to fix the upholstery on the chair beyond what was even expected. It looks like new and you cannot tell there has ever been damage to it. The process was quick and easy. Recommended.
