We are a full service tree company & have an A rating with the BBB. We donated our time & money that paid our crew for the Extreme Home Makeover show (ABC). We also sponsored the Zero Energy Home. We have flexible weekend and evening hours. We are 24 hour for emergency tree work. We service all of Snohomish county and part of North King county We do not service further south then Shoreline on I5 and Kirkland on 405. If you require an arborist, we do not have one on staff

From the initial visit by Brian for a Quote, to the smooth scheduling with Maggie in the Office, to the amazing chainsaw work by Zach (the work crew foreman) and his hard-working crew, everyone knew what they were doing and cared about the quality of the service they were providing. The sawing, trimming, hauling, chipping and clean-up processes were all performed efficiently and safely. We were very pleased with their process and their work ethic as well as their results. It is clear why Chandler Tree & Stump Services have been in business for over 36 years with such high customer satisfaction ratings.

I had contacted 7 companies. Two never returned my calls. Two were no-shows. One couldn't identify the trees and was looking up pics online. Another didn't have the equipment to perform the job. Chandler's was the only company out of 7 that came through. From free estimate to completed job, I'd give 100 stars if I could. Knowledgeable, professional, reasonable rates, punctual and incredibly efficient. Four man crew -- Aaron, Jacob, Phil and Tyler - worked like whirlwinds. (Could not believe that blue spruce was safely taken down so fast.) They took great care not to damage existing landscaping and took the same care to clean up/haul away the newly-cut debris. Brian Chandler gave the original estimate and included lots of valuable (free) advice on how to care for the landscaping. His knowledge was impressive. Have other projects I'll need help with and will absolutely call Chandler's. It is my pleasure to give this unsolicited recommendation. Well done, Gentlemen:) Thank you so much for an impeccable job.

Although their bid was higher than the others, we appreciated the owner's knowledge and his employees' hardworking efficiency. He was the only one who mentioned that our neighbor's tree was leaning dangerously close to the fence. When they took the branches down, they took care not to ruin the fence.

We were very pleased with the work done by Chandler's. The crew arrived on time and worked quickly. We expected it to take up to 4 hours, but the job was done in 90 minutes. Clean-up was also very good. And now that some removal/trimming was done, it has revealed other work that should probably be done. We would certainly contact Chandler's in the future.

Great job. The crew honestly left the area in better condition than when they arrived. I had this work quoted out to 3 companies and Chandler's was the best rate by far.

Really good. Quote process was simple, Brian offered ideas and input. The scheduling process was solid, good contact with their office. The crew that showed up was punctual, polite etc. Chris the supervisor was very professional. They also came out to grind the stumps. That too went really well. Overall very happy with Chandler’s.

We understand that price isn't always what customers like depending on the hazard of the removals for a fence, shed, house, etc below the trees. Sometimes the price is higher due to the hazard for the crew on the ground or the climber and not structures below the trees. Sometimes it is due to a slope or having to rope out every limb. As for the punctuality score we are a bit perplexed since you wrote that we were punctual. As a general rule Brian is usually early. The office gives the customer a general idea of arrival time due to them leaving the shop but there is always the unknown traffic, We appreciate the review though and will pass it onto the crew. Second time I've used Chandler. Their quotes are very competitive, they arrive when they say and the work was exactly as we discussed. They work efficiently and are obviously professional. The branches are trimmed close to the trees and the questions asked while we discussed the job were such as to ensure we had a meeting of the minds about the tasks at hand. He also had a few suggestions while we were discussing what needed doing which I found to be very helpful. He even suggested that he could trim the grape vines that were trailing onto our roof while he was up there. I'll have them out again in a few years to do it again!

Chandler’s Tree Service gets a 5 star plus rating from us in every way! They dismantled a huge 90 year old birch tree in front of our home piece by piece, and brought it down with ropes, without damaging our beautiful new front lawn and landscaping. When they cleaned up, everything was right back to beautiful. Working in the tight confines of city property and city regulations can be difficult. They paid close attention to safety and traffic flow issues, as well as neighboring property, sidewalks and parked vehicles. They navigated well, the city’s cumbersome permitting process and communicated well with us in the interim. Brian Chandler is an x-marine. You can count on him to listen to your concerns, and if he tells you they can handle the job, you can trust him to follow through on what he has promised! This trust means a lot to us! This was a relatively small job for a company like Chandler's- yet the company treated us very well. They removed the tree and returned a few days later to take care of the stump. It was in a tricky location because it was near our water line and meter. Brian took the time to do it right. They adjusted the schedule of the service based on our needs, communicated effectively and then took the time to the job well. The crew was professional and thorough.

Brian and the team did a fantastic job. I had several quotes from different vendors and Chandler's came in 2nd lowest. I chose them because during the estimate process, Brian asked the most questions and made sure he understood everything that was expected. When onsite for the job the team were punctual and very professional. Brian himself came out for the large, rotten tree at the back. All together a great job.

The removal of the dead Birch went great. The crew was prompt, professional, friendly and cleaned up well after the work, neatly stacking the left over rounds. Very tidy. They did a very nice job of trimming and thinning an overgrown yew and it looks so much better. We had a excellent experience and we highly recommend Chandler's Tree and Stump Service.

I love those guys. I did get bids and their bid came in really, really good. It wasn't lowest, but it was good. They got it all done. It was awesome. They were early. Brian is just fabulous. I am going to use them again.

Their work was excellent - they avoided the items mentioned above as well as other planting nearby. They lowered large branches to avoid damage and they threw the tree trunks so they wouldn't destroy plantings at the base.

Brian and his crew worked feverously for many hours cutting and chipping. They all knew exactly what needed to be done and worked flawlessly as a team. Whenever any extra work was suggested he talked to me and got permission to proceed. I would highly recommend Chandlers. Had a cherry tree leaning on our house. It was very difficult to remove without doing damage to our home. Brian and his crew removed the tree carefully and with no damage. They were on time and very professional. They cleaned up the yard and left it looking better when they came. I would hire them again,
