"Thank you Mr. [Member Name Removed]. We are happy that we could be of service to you in your time of need with no damage to the fence and the power line. Sounds like the job took less time than it took to drive to you and get the gear on to climb the tree. Thank you for the expeditious review. Good luck to you wherever that is taking you. Thanks again."
"Dear [Member Name Removed]: With you leaving a review that says that you were totally happy, makes our day or should I say a good start to the new year. From your contact with Brian to the crew everything was positive. We will definitely pass this on to them. Always good to share the positive from customers along with positive from their boss. Thanks again."
"Dear Mr. [Member Name Removed]: We appreciate you leaving a positive review even though you used another tree company. Thank you for meeting with us and taking the time to review us. We appreciate it."
"Dear Mr. DeRossia: Thank you for the great review. We are always happy to hear that the crews cleanup is above and beyond. Also, we are glad to hear that we are competitively priced and that helped get us the job. We will pass this review onto the crew. Thank you again."
"Dear Mr. [Member Name Removed]: Thank you for the detailed review and your rating of us. We understand that price isn't always what customers like depending on the hazard of the removals for a fence, shed, house, etc below the trees. Sometimes the price is higher due to the hazard for the crew on the ground or the climber and not structures below the trees. Sometimes it is due to a slope or having to rope out every limb. As for the punctuality score we are a bit perplexed since you wrote that we were punctual. As a general rule Brian is usually early. The office gives the customer a general idea of arrival time due to them leaving the shop but there is always the unknown traffic, We appreciate the review though and will pass it onto the crew. Thank you so much."
"Dear Mr. [Member Name Removed]: Thank you again for being a previous customer and for leaving a great review. We are happy that everything worked like clockwork from beginning to end on your job. We look forward to working with you again. Thank you."
"Dear [Member Name Removed] Thank you very much for the great review and write up. It was a struggle indeed working with the DOT and dealing with all the paperwork and coming to their office twice in downtown Seattle. We appreciate you meeting us in Seattle at the DOT to help with the process and we are very happy that you both got your tree down safely and that the crew showed respect for not only your property but the surrounding areas. It was a pleasure working with you and it was a definite learning curve. Thanks again."
"Dear Ms. [Member Name Removed]: We are very happy to hear that you had a positive experience with Chandler Tree from beginning to end and that you took the time to write a review. We appreciate it and we enjoy sharing the reviews with the crew. Thanks again."
"Thank you Ms. [Member Name Removed] for leaving us a review and with such high scores. The crew always likes to hear the rave reviews and since we aren't on site we like to hear that things went well and that our clean up was good too. Thank you again."
"Dear Mr & Mrs. [Member Name Removed]: We are sorry that you had a bad experience with the owner. He always brings other trees that he deems a problem for whatever reason into the estimate, but nobody has to do what they don't feel that they want to do. Customers always have the last say so and can chose to only do the work that they want even if it is only one tree. Prices have gone up in six years and I am sorry but we have no control over that. Tree work prices have gone up due to wages of the crew, fuel and truck/chipper/saw repairs. We wish that one good and one bad experience wouldn't deter you from never calling us again anymore than one bad meal wouldn't deter us from visiting a restaurant . Unfortunately we don't have your paperwork anymore or we would look up the work detail. We have passed this review over to Mr. Chandler."
"Dear Mr. [Member Name Removed]: Thank you for your review. We are pleased that you had a very favorable experience with Brian and his crew and the work that was performed. We appreciate you taking the time to write a review and hope that you are feeling safer now with the dead/dying trees removed. Thanks again."
"Dear Ms. [Member Name Removed]: Thank you for the great review. We appreciate it. It is nice to get reviews like this so we can inform the crew the good reviews and the bad. They need to get the kudos from others besides us. Some homeowners give them a tip or feed them and they feel appreciated. Positive reinforcement. We always tell them to try to leave the property better than when they arrived. Thank you again."
