"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. "Tom arrived, took one look at my faucet and told me I would be wasting my money having him repair the old faucet. He instructed me to go out and buy a Moen even a cheap Moen which I did/ He came back the next day and changed to faucet to the new faucet which was no easy job. The house had been a rental before I bought so the attachment to the sink was corroded and Tom had to file and saw to get the old faucet out. He came back a few days later to with sink hole covers to complete the job and did not ask me for payment until the job was completely finished. Even with all the work he had to do to get the old faucet out he did not over charge"

"Horrible Customer Experience!!! Angi's doesn't allow enough characters to write a thorough review of this vendor so I will summarize. The customer service experience was atrocious. They don't record their calls for customer experience verification and/or training so it's your word versus the reps after they hang up on you and why. They take your money and don't resolve the issue. The customer service manager (who answers the phone without stating her name) says she will talk to the dispatch manager about scheduling you in for a follow up. You get a notification from your bank about a refund before that same customer service manager calls you back to let you know they are refunding the money and not helping you out. Even if they had the best techs in the world (which they don't), who wants to be treated like that, especially when you're paying them.?.? Be wary of the customer experience with this company."

"A/C conked out during an Excessive Heat Warning, so I scheduled a repair on the Hurliman website. That didn't work out (despite confirmations and reminder messages), but they did in fact find a tech to come that afternoon. ALL they did was swap out the capacitor. They didn't find the problem that caused the capacitor to burn out. So, they charged me $267 to swap out a $12 part, something I could have just done myself. Update: Yeah, the capacitor burned out again. Because of course it did; they never fixed the actual problem. Don't waste your money with these guys."
