Steven was very clear when explaining what he was doing as he worked through water heater issue we were having. JLR communicated with quick responses and courteous service.

John called me quickly and was able to give me multiple different quotes for the work I was needing. Steven, our installer was fantastic, knowledgeable, and professional. It was a great experience! They were both patient with my many questions! LOL. Definitely, recommend JLR plumming!

We needed an urgent water heater replacement. JLR called with a quote right after registering this job with Angi, and was ready with a quote right away, no waiting for a visit, no extra charges for giving a quote, etc. He knew the current brand heater, and understood our special install requirements, so was able to cut to the chase right away. He was willing to do a same day install, said he would arrive at 12:17 PM, and arrived at 12:30. The total install only took an hour and a half, and all is back to normal now and working properly. He kept the work area clean, worked to avoid soiling carpets, etc., and did a very clean professional install. Very pleased with the work and would gladly recommend him for other buyers.

They evidentially do not have a gas license so they did not get the required permit . Their work was excellent but not 100 % legal by state requirements.
