"KI Construction came in and took down a upstairs deck, and rebuild it. Took no time to rebuild. The crew was great to work with and cleaned up after themselves which was great. "Tony is fantastic, he did a lot of projects in our home, drywall replacement, installed hardwood floors, painted, performed extensive work on our deck to make it safe & stable, repaired our French doors. He did a huge job of cleaning & detailing my Grandmothers house to sell (we got $40,000 over asking price). My son hired him to frame, drywall the basement in a house he bought. He framed in & installed a hanging microwave, framed in the dishwasher as well. All in all Tony is a great guy & does awesome work. Would absolutely hire him again."

"They were great. Did a terrific job and were willing to do whatever I needed done. Even got the stuck lid off my fav cup. My deck looks so good with all the leaves and pine needles gone as does my yard. What a relief to get them gone and all cleaned up. Great humans also."

"Jeremy was prompt at coming out for the initial quote and explained how he would complete the job. He took into account the wind we typically have into his sprinkler placement. He was very willing to tweak the design of our system and lawn design to meet our budget. When we made design changes, he was quick to give us an adjusted ballpark quote and then followed up with a more detailed quote for the changes.The crew was very professional. They worked efficiently and cleaned up after themselves daily. Everyone was polite. The crew worked hard and spent long hours at our house. Because the weather didn't cooperate, they ended up working both Sat. and Sunday to finish up our lawn.We are extremely pleased with the results.
