"Our initial contact Bath Fitter began when we called to request a quote. We were fortunate to be assigned Josh Neathery, our sales rep, who visited our home on March 21, 2026. He walked us through the options, helped with product selections, answered questions, made recommendations, provided a quote, took our order, and arranged great financing through Wells Fargo. Josh is an amazing human to interact with, who knows his extensive product line with confidence! Coordination was seamless, thanks to Sharon Wright and Austin Pinkerton, who handled communications about materials deliveries to their Spokane location and scheduled our remodel dates with ease. Both are absolute delights to work with! Finally, installer Jason Turner, who is personable , polite and fast, did the demolition and completed the installation work — all solo, starting yesterday and finishing today — with impressive skill and professionalism, PLUS he left the Bathroom cleaner than when he started!"
"I hired Neli over a week period for 3 different appliances, my dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, and even kitchen sink! I had a fantastic experience: 1. I fixed my dryer with Thomas' excellent remote guidance, changing the timer and the switch! Fabulous guidance Thomas, with lots of money saved! I learned a lot in the process. 2. I determined that there was no dishwasher leak and in the process learned how to check for leaks and trouble shoot for some common repair issues. It cost $40.00 but as I had some water on the floor, I was ready to get a new dishwasher. Now, I am confident that it wasn't a leak and caused by putting in the dishes in a funny manner and not a repair issue. I am using the dishwasher now again with no problem. 3. I determined with Thomas' help that the washing machine had a major problem and could have spun out of control into my wall....no question, it was time to get a new washing machine! This was a well spent $40.00--I even got Thomas advice on purchasing a new washing machine and what to look for. 4. I checked the drainage on my kitchen sink and learned how to empty out the "trap" and that most likely, I am okay, but what to swap out if I have continuing issues with slow drainage. In the end, I saved lots of money, gaining and learning valuable experience! Absolutely fabulous service!"
"Our recent experience with Final Cut General Contracting was amazing. We have a cabin at Stevens Pass that needed extensive repairs due to water damage. Although it was a complicated project to coordinate due to the distance from suppliers and supply chair problems, it was handled very professionally. I really appreciate how closely he stayed in touch with us about the project and sent many photos as the work progressed. Since we live in the Seattle area, it was not possible for us to keep close tabs on the project in person. He was very knowledgeable, efficient, and does beautiful work. I highly recommend Final Cut General Contracting!"
"went very well. service was prompt, work was completed efficiently, thoroughly, and timely. everything was explained beforehand during bid in such a way that even someone who knows nothing about the work involved could understand. honest people who know what they are doing. treated our residents with respect. and help to maintain a safe path for them to travel through our main entrance. if you need the services they offer these are the ones to do it. fair pricing as well. only ones I found that actually guarantee the work they do for this type of job."

"I just happened to drive by and saw their sign for plumbing on Western Ave and gave Peet's Plumbing a call. I am a retired property manager and builder. THIS COMPANY AND THEIR CREW ARE AWESOME...best I have ever hired! I was in the remodeling/builder business on the west side. Wish I knew them then and thank heavens I know them now!"
"Please let Waymaker Plumbing be your first option. Unfortunately, I called and hired another company prior to hiring them. The other company quoted me at a ridiculous price and charged me just for coming out. The plumber didnâ t even look at what was wrong. I suggested what the problem could be. Luckily James Evanoff still followed up with a call. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and quoted me at half the price of the original company I hired. He sent Mike to fix the problem. He was very courteous and knowledgeable also. The cartridge behind the faucet was replaced in no time. Iâ ll definitely be using them again should a plumbing issue arise."
"Unfortunately, I was unable to get my main project started due to scheduling conflicts. Because John felt it was the right thing to do, he offered to do a smaller project at no cost! He went above and beyond and the quality of work was superb, despite losing money on this job. I would definitely recommend working with Arnott Construction and will be attempting to schedule more work with them."
When planning plumbing projects in WA, prepare for unexpected expenses like mandatory permit fees. Opening walls in older homes reveals outdated galvanized steel pipes or noncompliant drains requiring complete replacement. Because the area is remote, contractors charge travel fees to reach rural properties. For seasonal homes, owners discover hidden freeze damage from burst pipes or broken valves during spring openings.

Thorough plumbing work in Chelan requires proper pipe insulation in unheated spaces to protect against freezing winter temperatures. You should also look for scale-resistant fittings that handle the local hard water. Confirm that your contractor secured the necessary permits and provided documentation of a passed final inspection. A properly installed pressure regulator will keep your water pressure safely within WA state code limits.
Helpful?
Schedule your plumbing upgrades during the off-season from late fall through early spring, as local contractors are heavily booked during the busy summer tourist months. You must also account for WA seismic building codes, which require specific water heater strapping. Confirm whether your property falls under city or county jurisdiction, as this dictates your permit process and vacation rental inspection requirements.
Helpful?
Routine plumbing maintenance in Chelan heavily involves preparing for freezing temperatures. You must winterize irrigation systems, outdoor hose bibs, and exposed pipes annually. Because local water contains high mineral levels, flush your water heater every year to clear out sediment buildup. If you live outside city limits, pump and inspect your rural septic system every three to five years to prevent backups.
Helpful?
Address active leaks, sewage backups, and well water contamination immediately to protect your health and property. If temperatures drop below freezing, insulate vulnerable pipes right away to prevent bursts. Schedule cosmetic plumbing upgrades or proactive water heater replacements for the slower winter months. Always complete outdoor irrigation and exposed pipe winterization in Chelan before the first hard October frost.
