Except for the time constraints, which were beyond Allied's control, everything went well. And for the amount of time they spent clearing the obstruction, the price was reasonable.

Allied Plumbing (formerly O'neil Plumbing in Moses Lake area) is one of the best plumbing services my company has ever used. Allied was able to schedule a job on short notice, showed up on time, did a thorough job and charged a fair price. What else can you ask for from a plumbing company! Well, how about a follow up call from the owner/manager, Ron Smiley, insuring the job was done to satisfaction and then going on to explain a whole host of extraordinary plumbing services that I was not aware of. Like being to do lateral sewer connections, including trenchless sewer line repairs, anything to do with water pumps, and commercial plumbing services. Ron is a smart business man that understands the value of long term relationships.

• The installation went OK but after they left we waited  the 2 hours to let it heat up and it did not seem to produce consistently hot water. Called back and they  had the tech call us back. He said he did not replace the valves. He came out the next day to corrected this.It now seems to work OK but not as good as the old one. I think I will try turning the tank up.

I was very happy with the service.  The technician told me about the different options and possible solutions, so I was able to make informed choices.  They also were very careful to keep the floor and work area clean.  I immediately referred them to my neighbor who scheduled them to work on his water heater!

I was so grateful to find this outfit.  Ron responded right away.  He followed up excactly as he said and someone always answers the phone!  They are all  curteous, professional and sincere.
According to my search there are oly 2 people locally who perform this service.  I had previosly contacted the other outfit and after weeks of 'we'll get right back to you", pitiful excuses and frustration, I found Ron at Allied Plumbing.

Very impressed with the professionalism of Allied.  They went out of their way to come check out our situation at a time when it was convenient for us.  Quote was reasonable, and they came in while we were away, replaced the tanks, fixed the plumbing, texted me photos of the work, and cleaned up/hauled away old tanks.  Left no mess behind.  Very pleased and will contact them again if the need arises. 

They went straight to work, knew what the problem was and were efficient. They were able to save me some money on the job. Tyler and Zach were honest young men and I was very impressed with their service.

Ron and his team were very professional and prompt.   They never left a mess and kept in constant contact with me as far as what was being done.  I would recommend them to anyone.   Had a different plumber come first and he started to beat on my foiundation till I stopped him and called Allied.  Thank you to Ron and his awesome team of professionals.

The unplugging of the drain caused a crack in the toilet, but the company replaced the toilet at no charge and we are satisfied with their service.

They were able to help me on the same day that I called and were very professional. They were very careful about not making a mess and explained everything that they were doing. I will definitely be using them for all my plumbing needs.

The service he provided was awesome he was a half hour early and super nice! fairly reasonable prices! I would recommend this company to any who has plumbing needs! Simply amazing!

Ron showed up a few minutes earlier than he said he would be there with his van. He was friendly and respectful. He is the kind of person that feels natural to visit with, but he got straight to work.

Before he went inside he slipped on some booties to keep the floor clean. Before he started working on the clogged urinal he prepared the area to contain any mess, which is inevitable when using a rooter.

While he was working on it he noticed a leak in the urinal next to it a brought it to my attention. There was a problem with the flushing valve that caused it to constantly run a little water out. It was a simple fix that he addressed and continued with the drain in only a few minutes.

I was surprised that he took the initiative to bring my attention to the issue and ask if I wanted him to fix it as well. He didn't even have to charge me any extra for the small fix.

After he was finished he loaded his van and came back and cleaned up after himself. He was in and out in about an hour and charged me very fairly for it. 

Overall, the experience was very positive. He was professional, personable, and knowledgeable. I would use Allied Plumbing for any of my plumbing needs in the future and recommend him to anyone.

Ron spent two full days working at my house and was always prompt, personable and professional. he was always gracious in answering all the questions I threw his way. Having old pipes in your old house is a scary (and gross) thing especially when you see what lurks inside those pipes. Ron, diagnosed and fixed the problem with confidence (and always cleaned up nicely after himself). I would definitely recommend Allied plumbing to anyone I know!
