"Surprised they are still in business with the absolute failure of our window order, installation, and follow up. A 2-day window installation took over a year to complete. And that isn't even speaking to the lies, excuses, and lack of communication from them. We have a stack of printed emails, text messages, and documented phone calls detailing every lie, waiting weeks for updates and having to contact them, telling us windows/doors were ordered when they were not, being told our replacement window sash would be delivered in August and not hearing from anyone until November, receiving the wrong window sash, reordering it and waiting yet again for the correct item to be sent by Champion Windows. And, for the stress and aggravation, they offered us two $200 gift cards but only if I signed away our right to leave honest negative reviews. Would NEVER recommend them. In fact, I will steer everyone away from them."

"Why can we only leave a 5 star rating? Christopher and crew exceeded our expectations for our restoration project. Our project was to replace the decorative wrap on the 16 foot support columns on the entrance porch at the front of our house. The original wrap was 20 years old and parts had begun to rot. During the bid process Christopher suggested that we replace the wooden wrap with a Hardy plank type material that would last longer than wood. (the original wood wrap was painted). During the removal of the original wrap we noticed that the wrap framing was fairly lightweight, just enough to give the wrap something to be nailed to. Christopher removed the lightweight framing and installed a stronger frame. The new wrap that was installed looks considerably better and richer. The attention to detail, down to the router work on decorative panels, is impressive. Christopher was very responsive to our questions and every day they left the worksite spotlessly clean. "
