John responded to my request for an estimate. He was actually the only contractor willing to take on my job even though it was relatively small. He did the work just as I wanted which is not something mist contractors will do since I am an older, single woman. He listened to what I wanted and did the work perfectly without any complaints. Highly recommend Black River Builders and will use them again if the need arises.

We are very pleased with the covered porch John, Bradley and Joel built for us. It looks like it has always been a part of the house. The final bill was pretty much what John originally estimated (which has been rare in my experience) and worth every penny. The quality of their work is top notch. Their work ethic and professionalism is impressive. We will be hiring them again.
