"They went to extra trouble to ensure we had the pavers we wanted despite the manufacturer having closed out the item. The two-man work team did an exceptionally good job and made very nice adjustments needed to fit a pre-existing retaining wall boundary. Overall, very pleased with their work."

"John Cooper takes pride in his work and delivers with quality. He seal coated my driveway (very old full of cracks), took great care in preparation doing a deep pressure wash and filled all the cracks with a dense rubber kind of material before doing the actual seal coat. Driveway looks great!"

"Andrew and his team did a very good job. They were professional and punctual. New asphalt is level and looks great. When summer gets here, I'll get the new asphalt seal-coated to restore entire driveway to a beautiful showpiece. Washington State Paving is a well equipped contractor with the right tools. The layer of polymeric sand under the pavers plus the polymeric sand that gets swept into the joints between your pavers holds them in place in a few ways. For one, the gritty texture of the sand helps lock the pavers together. Polymeric sand also contains bonding agents that get activated by water. Polymeric sand will take between 24 and 48 hours to fully cure, so do not walk on your paver walkway before this time.

Building a road on a slope requires careful planning and will normally require a drainage system underneath to prevent flooding and damage to the road over time.
