Couldn't be happier with the work Concrete Masters did. They communicated with me throughout the process from time I schedule a free quote, updates on permit orders and up to the completion of the work. Everyone was very friendly. I would recommend them to anyone!

Carlos and his crew were very professional and did a great job. They even cleaned up when they were done. We'll definitely call on him again to do more work.

Unfortunately, we would not recommend. They prepped and poured the concrete as agreed upon but did not complete the remainder of the job and left behind a mess of concrete residue. This was a lesson learned for us to never pay until everything is fully completed, they were quick to request for the payment and promised that they would return to finish. But never came back for the grass/dirt that they had dug up to haul away and dispose for us as stated on the contract, this was a large amount of soil that they left in our front yard which killed our lawn. They said they would come back but didn't, we texted/called each week to schedule a time and they respond with 'we will let you know'. After a month of failed attempts to get them to come we had enough and had to hire someone else to clean up their mess, haul away the truck loads of dirt, and fix our lawn.

I have read several good reviews. Unfortately I am extremely disatified.the cement stairs they did was not what I wanted. They did it the way they wanted.the bottom stair is great but going up stairs they got smaller and smaller. I wanted the stairs to be as big as the porch. The top stair ended out to be so tiny. I also paid for railings. I called them every week for two months and kept getting the run around of when they are going to come back and do it. I paid for ratings but they won't come back. Now they won't even take my calls I feel like they really screwed me over.

Wonderful service on time and finish the day expected

They are fast but when it comes to getting u the paperwork on the bid they wait until the last minute. I told them two weeks before when they gave me a verbal bid I was going with them. For the next two weeks, no email on the bid up till the Sunday before they started. Then no time to get the money ready to pay. Had to get some help from loved ones to pay. Plus they say they will take out the trust by Thursday but do not show up till Sunday.

Good quality work and very reasonably priced.

Prompt, courteous, and most importantly, they know what they are doing. My stamped concrete patio came out beautifully. Highly recommend.
