The project was to sealcoat a private asphalt road with 14 different residents living their and each paying a portion of the project. Stout did the seal coating and cutting out bad asphalt areas and replacing with new asphalt. Stout's personnel were very accommodating and easy to work with. They were very in tune with the residents privacy and not getting dirt or other materials anywhere but on the asphalt. They started the work on time and finished as scheduled. An excellent experience and I would definitely recommend them to others.

Commercial Asphalt Sealing
They thoroughly cleaned the apartment parking lot first so they would have a good adhesive surface. Then applied 2 coats of sealant, painted the car stops, parking space stripes and numbers. And they did it all in one day! They are very friendly and polite. The bid was quite reasonable for the services provided. Highly recommended.

Our HOA hired Stout Asphalt to repair a pothole in our private road. The owner, Terry, was responsive, and quickly took care of the repair. He also took time to walk the rest of our private road to discuss potential future projects to prolong the life of the road. I would recommend Stout Asphalt.
