"Raphael came on-site within a couple of hours of calling. It was a slow leak, so no hurry. Walked in the door looked at the floor and told me he knew there was a problem. He was very professional as well was his crew. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and why. He answered every question. They cleaned up after themselves. When the insurance adjuster came on-site, he was personally there to answer any questions the adjuster had. One of his crew was at the house every day to check on the drying. He had the right tools and knowledge to do the job. I didn't have to test for mold, I knew I had it. I also didn't have to pay for his services, it was covered by my insurance. I haven't seen a bill."
