Love the Puronics system. We’ve been a loyal customer since July 2015. Never had a issue at all and have recommended to everyone that’s ever asked HOWEVER my only disappointment is we were told that they would remove and instal one time for free if we moved. We are getting ready to have our floor coated and although we aren’t moving we called to ask if they could unhook it for a week and hook it back up. (Same as a move in my opinion) and they said, if it’s not in your contract then it’s $500+ to do it. What a bummer!! So no matter what the sales person tells you, MAKE SURE ITS IN THE CONTRACT because verbal agreements don’t get honored.

Great product information and sales pitch by local Victory First manager Anthony and price was very reasonable in comparison to other companies that came. Also, upon calling Anthony that I decided to purchase their water softener/filter, they were promptly here the next day and installed. We had the pleasure of having Jose install the system exactly where we wanted. Great job! The next phase is how well the system works. So far, so good. Thanks Victory! PS Only thing I would suggest would be to consider giving military discount to Veterans.

Anthony was/is amazing. He even came 3 days after the install to answer my questions and also ease my fears. A really personable person with a great work ethic.

Had bad experience in the past with water companyâ s but victory first water was exceptional to deal with. Anthony was very knowledgeable and didnâ t high pressure us to buy. After doing ALOT of research We chose to go with victory first. After one month we couldnâ t be happier! Thanks Anthony!

We had one other installer come out to our house representing the same product who did not explain the whole process to us the way that these people did. Anthony knows his system, and explains every aspect of it. And there was a small issue with the install that we did not like and they returned immediately and corrected the problem to our liking.

It was very easy to make the decision to choose Victory First. Anthony and Juan were able to get us all set up the same day we had our initial consultation. Anthony was personable, knowledgeable, and customer oriented. However, I had a less than satisfactory experience after the initial sale. I referred them to a friend, and they did not follow through with the referral bonus $100. They gave me a run around and said that my friend never mentioned that she was referred. They offered me a free bag of salt to smooth the situation over. What an insult!

Juan arrived on time and had the work done in a timely manner. He also tighten a very loose faucet in my kitchen as a nice gesture.

Value for the money-expensive, but the water quality has been a great experience. Soap scum gone, chlorine gone, skin feels better, filtering out hardness in water makes everything better, from drinking the water to washing clothes. The water softener was installed the same day we bought the system. The customer service has been great. Anthony and Juan made the experience a good one.

Amazing experience! Anthony is fabulous and explained everything in detail. Show us how our system would work and all the benefits and it fit exactly what I needed. Anthony has been there to answer all my questions. Victory 1st was very prompt and courteous. Juan did a great job and was very patient when we had water pump issues. I would recommend this company to take of your water treatment needs.
