Brian was the estimator who sketched out a design that not only created a lovely outdoor space, but also incorporated the existing foundation wall into a new retaining wall. The plan also included a paver patio, seat wall, fire pit, and lights. The crew was friendly, polite and hardworking, even in the midst of a record breaking heat wave. They demolished the old concrete patio, built a landing from the existing steps, and moved sprinkler lines. They paid attention to details, taking frequent measurements to ensure accuracy of the construction. Ben was the project manager, checking often on the crewâ s progress and occasionally offering a helping hand where needed. He was very approachable and quick to respond to our questions. Sta-Built is a professionally run company with creative minds and skilled workers. We were kept apprised of the scheduling date through the Sta-Built App, which we found helpful for tracking the project stages and making payments. The bid for the amount of the work done was competitive with other companies. We trusted Sta-Built to do the job right, and they came through with flying colors. We love our new outdoor space and wouldnâ t hesitate to hire them again for a future project."

"This is the second time that we have used NGL. First time was for our patio. They did an amazing job again. We removed a diseased hedge that was on two sides of our house. NGL was hired to expand our backyard including a privacy fence. They installed a beautiful retaining wall with fencing to match the rest of our yard. We have already received numerous positive comments about the new wall and fence. We are thrilled. They also installed a sprinkler system and new sod. Throughout the process they ensured our needs were met and made many helpful suggestions just as they had with the patio. Their work is exceptional and their skill is outstanding.
