They took out an old concrete patio that was falling apart, removed the grass, leveled everything out, and put in a big paver patio. They also handled outdoor lighting, sprinklers, new grass, and added river rock along the side. Joe was super easy to work with the whole time. He always got back to me quickly and didn’t mind stopping by to explain things or walk through ideas. That made a big difference since this was a pretty big project. For a project of this size (around $32k), I felt like the pricing was fair. They got everything done pretty quickly, but more importantly it was done right. The quality shows. I also appreciated that Joe would point out ways to save money and put it toward other parts of the project instead of just upselling everything. Brian was the estimator who sketched out a design that not only created a lovely outdoor space, but also incorporated the existing foundation wall into a new retaining wall. The plan also included a paver patio, seat wall, fire pit, and lights. The crew was friendly, polite and hardworking, even in the midst of a record breaking heat wave. They demolished the old concrete patio, built a landing from the existing steps, and moved sprinkler lines. They paid attention to details, taking frequent measurements to ensure accuracy of the construction. Ben was the project manager, checking often on the crewâ s progress and occasionally offering a helping hand where needed. He was very approachable and quick to respond to our questions.
