Quick, on time, professional

Overall I had a very satisfying experience with Grasslands and definitely would recommend them in the future. The one thing I will say that they need to improve is customer contact. I called them a few times within a couple months to get an exact date of installation. Only to get their answering machine over and over. But after leaving messages every time. I did not get any calls back. My last attempt to call them before the week they said they'd be out finally got me a real person and the exact day they'd be doing the install. So yeah definitely need to be more responsive in answering phones and returning calls.

Saved the Summer. We had a previous contractor fail to meet responsibilities in a timely manner and called on a number of companies to fix the problems. Edson and Clay were the most courteous, prompt, communicative team that we have ever communicated with with the many contractors in and out of our home in the past year. Clay arrived early for our bid/ estimate and he was very informative of both the process and possible remedies for our issues. We needed a team to complete artificial turf, replant arborvitae privacy trees and add a drip line off the existing plumbing, fix a retaining wall, add a drain pipe, remove unsafe landscape timber stairs and replace with paver steps, fix a fence door that was placed too high, and level a side yard. Not only did they complete the job in six working days, they communicated effectively along the way, presented various options for finishes of both the turf and the pavers, and also sourced replacement emerald green arborvitae that the previous landscaper incorrectly planted, which led to their death, and they planted them in a professional manner. They were respectful of our space and were informative every step of the way. Edson's team was very prompt everyday, courteous, and cleaned up the worksite every evening. Clay was always effective in communication, which seems to be the most challenging part of having contact with any contractor. I absolutely would not hesitate hiring them again and will refer them to all my friends in the area. Thanks again Edson, Clay, and rest of the GrassLand Synthetic Turf Company! You saved our summer!

We decided our landscaping needing a total refresh and we hired Grassland-Synthetic Turf to build three large stone raised planter beds. Clay was my main point of contact and he was wonderful. After making the initial request for a quote, Clay came out quickly to give me an on-site estimate. In addition to providing a quote for the planter beds, he also gave me a bid for replacing our lawn with turf. Although I would have LOVED to get turf as well, it just wasn't in our budget at the moment. Clay was able to get us scheduled for the planter bed installation two weeks after I received the initial quote. He also came to do a walk-through ahead of time because I wasn't going to be home on the first day of the install. I felt confident that he knew exactly how I wanted the project to be completed. Communication with Clay and the crew was great. If they had any questions or suggestions, they would call or email (depending on how time-sensitive the question was) and get things squared away quickly. The crew worked extremely hard and did fantastic work. The total install took 3 days and I couldn't be happier with the finished product. The crew also cleaned up everything when they left...our yard was definitely cleaner than before they started! Several of my neighbors have told me how much they like the planter beds. We just got the plants put in today and everything looks great!! I'm so happy with how this project turned out and I'm so glad I hired Grassland to make it happen! And maybe someday I'll get that turf...

These guys are awesome. my lawn look like trash after I called Grassland to just get an idea. They came out and gave me a free estimate. I have already called 5 places and the price was really high. But after getting their estimate they beat all of them. Not only that they came on time finish the 450 sqft just in one day and now my yard looks awesome I can wait to throw parties and show off my lawn. Thanks, guys
