Robert is amazing. He came to our house and was very knowledgeable, punctual, and courteous. He showed us all the options and explained in detail each product. He is easy to work with. His crew did a great job installing a very big and heavy louver at our house. When the motor of our louver stopped working, he replaced really fast. I highly recommend Seattle Shade and Awning.

It was excellent!! Robert called me and set up a time for repair for next day. The repair person was very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose the problem. He scheduled a revisit within 24 hours and fixed the rolling shutter. I would contact them for all future projects and refer them to my friends. Trustworthy, reliable and very reasonable.

We met Rob Holt at the Seattle Home show in 2020 and we were impressed with his knowledge of awnings. He has had over 24 years of experience working with awnings and is licensed and bonded. He came out right away in February to give us a bid and in March we had a large 20 x 13.6 retractable awning installed on our Southern facing deck. We also decided to go with the LED dimming light kit as well. The crew that installed it were great and we really liked the electrician that they work with too. The awning looks awesome and it has really cooled down our deck area! Since the installation, I have had a few questions for Rob and he has gotten right back to me. I worked with Seattle Shade And Awning to install a custom sunshade outside of one of our children’s bedrooms. We needed an exterior shade due to some issues placing curtains and blinds in our child’s room. Robert with Seattle Shade And Awning came out and went though all my options with me. His time, expertise, patience, kindness and passion for his product greatly exceeded my wildest dreams. He was extremely patient as I navigated some issues with my HOA, and even provided me with some additional information and documents that I could give to them. Professional Installation was completed very timely, and this is a very well-designed product! Seattle shade and awning did a great job on my patio cover. TJ came out and gave me a very reasonable quote, and the awning came out really nice. I had an odd shaped porch so they had to be inventive to cover it. It needed a bit of follow up work and they were very responsive and did a great job. No hassles. The estimater was very helpfull explaining costs and possible options. The awning arrived at their location sooner than estimated and was installed a few days later. They did a very good job on the installation and cleanup. Over all a good process, and the awning looks great.

It went terrific—installers were very polite and knowledgeable as far as going the extra mile to install a motorized retractable awning on my roof. They also answered all my questions about using it and taking care of it. Would definitely hire them again!!!

The awning was installed within 4 weeks of my order and was very good quality.  All of my questions were answered throughly and I am very satisfied.  We live in a condo and I had to get permission to have an awning.  The HOA gave me the go ahead as long as the color matched and it did, perfectly.  I will definitely recommend this company to others in my division.
