His bid was fair, not the lowest, but his interactions put me at ease and made me feel they were the right crew for the job. They also kept the worksite clean. "I hired Koi Construction to paint the interior of my house, install floors and lights in my kitchen. They were prompt, quick and clean. They took the time to cover all my furniture before painting. I had already chose the color flooring I wanted. But the owner Chris had suggested a different color. I went with his suggestion and Iâ m so happy I did. The color looks great! He also suggested adding more lights in my kitchen. Iâ m so glad I did. My kitchen had more dark spots than I realized. Now I can see everything! I will be hiring Koi Construction for future projects."

"We had Plantrex do a deck resurfaced. After it was in, there was a tenant caused deck fire. Plantrex did an outstanding job on both the original resurface and on the deck repair and restoration after the fire. Cleanup, everything was great."

"NWPM was a subcontractor for a bathroom remodel. They were prompt and responsive -- they showed up when they said they would, and did good work. They installed a subfloor, vanity, toilet, shower door, and an exhaust fan with necessary conduit. I don't know about their pricing because they were a subcontractor, but I would hire them based on their responsiveness and the quality of the work performed."

"We had an outstanding experience with Sean and Bzr team. From the initial call with Gaby to the finished product. I highly and strongly recommend BZR. We first started with a bathroom addition and ended up with an ADU project which turned out great adding a kitchen and 3/4 bath. "I wanted a sturdy shed built on my poured concrete slab. I knew how large I wanted it, but after that, I needed help. Nate worked with me to design, build and finish my 12x16 shed from start to finish. The process was efficient, and the shed is beautiful. Honestly, what I call a shed, would probably classify as a garage, had we installed a garage door, but that was not what I needed at the time. While working with Nate, I quickly recognized he could be trusted to find a solution to any problem. Next he helped me plan and built a matching railing for my home’s staircase, after I had previously removed an old rotting one. Again, this process was quick easy and friendly. Sadly I moved away from the area, but if I ever return, I will always reach out to Nate first for my building and remodeling needs."

"Yes! Eduardo and his son did a great job and I highly recommend them to anyone. There’s a lot of contractors who reached out about this project but what I really liked and one of the reason why I hired them because when Eduardo came out to look at the projects he listened and and then he shared with me his thoughts, unlike the others who just insisted this and that and I even almost kicked one out of the house already. After all, we the homeowners are the customers . Anyways, there’s more projects ahead of us and I definitely don’t mind having them to come out for estimate. We showed photos to friends and families and they all loved it."
