"Jeff was the coordinator for my full roof replacement, and he did a great job. He was friendly and knowledgeable and answered all my questions fully. I hate gutters, and Jeff didn't bat an eye or imply that my refusal of gutters was a bad choice, he simply went forward with recommendations for the best products for my situation. The job was completed in one day (I have a simple roof), on the appointed day, and there was hardly any evidence left on the ground to show that they had even been there. None of the workers ever even knocked on the door while they were there. I was thoroughly satisfied with the work done and the price I paid for it, and I will highly recommend them in the future. The only negative I have to mention is that the crew arrived an hour and a half early, and we were awakened by the sound of people walking on the roof at 6:30 in the morning, but their early arrival also meant they were done by about 2:30 in the afternoon, so that was fine, and it was a small inconvenience. Overall, I was thrilled to have my roof replaced so professionally and quickly, and I have a much higher level of confidence in the quality of my roof than I did before!"

"Jeffery went above and beyond for me, submitting information to my corrupt insurance company, trying to get them to understand the damages to my roof were caused by weather, mot just old age. But even when my claim was denied he worked out a deal for me. The roof was done in one day, and they cleaned up the debris out of the yard. Only the gutter is left to install, by their other crew. I'm very satisfied with Apex Roofing!"

I received a bid on applying a 10 or an 18-year sustainable roof coating and selected the 18-year coating. This company was very punctual on their show times to my residence to complete the job. I couldn't be happier with the end result on my roof. Three years after the roof was completed there was a miner leak that manifested during the winter. I called Empire Roof Coatings to inform them on the issue and they were at my house within a couple of days to fix the leak. When the repair was completed the owner of the company told me that he was not happy with the performance of the coating that was applied to my roof and wanted to schedule a date and time to re-accomplish the job with a better product at no cost to me. I could not be happier with their outstanding customer service and their determination on standing behind the quality of their work! I highly recommend this company for any of your roofing needs.
