We received 3 bids for a 50-year, CertainTeed roof and skylights on 4 buildings and siding repair. NPE had the lowest bid. They provided excellent workmanship, cleaned the job every day and treated us well. We enjoyed the friendly crew, especially Abel, the team leader. NPE kept prices low for several differing site conditions. We would hire them again.

This company completely remodeled the entire outside of my home. Siding, roof, gutters, windows, sliding glass doors, sky lights you name it!! They deserve ALL the praise!!! â­ ï¸ â­ ï¸ â­ ï¸ â­ ï¸ â­ ï¸ Each person who was at my home who was part of this company was amazing! They have the hardest working crews, extremely kind and respectful! The office staff is absolutely incredible and they have very high integrity which is a must when you are investing in your home. I decided to hire NP Exteriors (NPE) after witnessing their workers' professionalism and craftsmanship during the roof replacement on a neighbor's home. Throughout the work on our home, from start to finish, the crew continued to demonstrate their ability to perform the tasks with skill and efficiency in coordination with one another. During the work, the NPE onsite manager identified deficiencies with window flashing and siding evident in the original construction of our home. Each issue allowed inclement weather to damage the structure over time. NPE graciously corrected the deficiencies thereby preventing a re-occurrence of the damage. Bottom line: NP Exteriors earned my since appreciation for a job WELL DONE as indicated by my 5-start rating. if you're considering a roof replacement, hire NP Exteriors and you'll agree they're the best choice.

All my contacts were friendly, professional, courteous and the install crew was tidy, surprisingly quiet, cleaned up including checking for nails on ground at the end of each day!

Northern Pacific Exteriors replaced a complicated roof in Olympia. From Michelle in the office to Abel the manager of the crew they did an outstanding job. Everyone was professional and very skilled. Just as many other reviewers have indicated the communication, site clean up and attention to detail was outstanding. Definitely would highly recommend .

Very pleased with Northern Pacific Exteriors. They did a Total Asphalt Roof Shingles replacement. A January 2021 storm had torn off many shingles from Roof. â Fabioâ and his Team were fantastic and very fast. They were Punctual, Professional and kept us informed of work being done. Northern Pacific Exteriors did an outstanding job repairing, replacing my roof, and skylights. Starting with there â low pressureâ sales representative that answered all my questions. Secondly, the staff kept in contact with me on were I was in there back log of the jobs in front of me. They made sure we were all on the â same pageâ of all I wanted for the roof, and if I had any changes to the contract. Lastly, the crew completed the roof replacement in an expedient time, and quality workmanship was top priority. All the crew were professional, polite, and always had a moment to answer any question that I would have for them. The foreman was also outstanding, any concern I had about my roof he kindly would take the time to talk it over with me, and pretty much follow through with any request that I had. Rain gutter crew was did the same quality of work as the roofers.

Northern Pacific Exteriors did a wonderful job and made my roof replacement project easy. I was able to get my job completed a month earlier than projected, job only took one day, and they have fantastic customer service. Would definitely recommend!

They kept us informed with the project from beginning, dealing with the COVID pandemic and rescheduling, to completion. I am very happy with this company and the work the crew did. I came home from work and would never have known a roof was being removed and installed. They kept the area clean and supplies covered to return to the next day.

Very good all the way around, from initial consultation to completion. Old fashioned customer service is hard to find but they really stepped up! Everything was communicated in a timely fashion, work was done as described and to expectation. Clean and precise. Would hire them again. We did purchase an expensive roofing system with an extensive warranty but they did not disappoint and we love their work. You get what you pay for and they were a delight to deal with.

Our home siding replacement, roof/gutter replacement went very well from the first contact. There was no hard sell and we were given an extremely competitive bid. Timothy gave us very detailed explanations of every aspect of the removal and installation of the siding, roof, gutters and 2 skylights, answering every question we had in layman's terms. We received weekly schedule updates until they moved in and began work on the siding. Despite beginning in February, a cold and extremely wet season, it didn't slow them down. The guys that installed our siding were great! They were very proficient and took their work seriously. They were also thoughtful about consulting us about our preferences related to minor finishing details. They worked safely and kept a very clean worksite, cleaning up after themselves each day. Amber was our contact at their home office and she called us every day to ask if we had any questions or concerns. Fortunately, we had none since it all went so smoothly and like clockwork. The only unfortunate issue that occurred during our project was the lockdown and quarantine due to Covid-19. Northern Pacific Exteriors bent over backwards to get our projects completed before the lockdown, even by bringing in extra workers to complete the roof. We are so thankful for that! It is very apparent that everyone we worked with at Northern Pacific Exteriors takes pride in the product and workmanship they provide. What we thought was just a couple bad areas turned out to be more. In fact a total replacement. Very professional, the company provided a port a potty for the guys, brought in a dumpster, cleaned up every night. Never knew they were here.The office called me every day to let me know the progress. This was completed in 3 days. The neighbors started 2 days before and at day 5, still getting it worked on. From the estimate to finance to completion. Wonderful experience and would definitely use again.

Choosing a roofing company is a big decision . It is big expense and it can be intimidating . Northern Pacific Exteriors made the process easy. From the initial consult that was very thorough the communication from the office on dates and follow through. The crew were punctual and job was completed on time and at the quoted price. We got high quality roofing and siding. No problems with installation. Result was stunning.

We just had a new roof put on by Northern Pacific. I appreciated their salesman (Kurt) who bid our job and thoroughly explained all the details and patiently answered my many questions. The product they used has a 50 year warranty which doubled the 25 year roof I replaced. The installers were thorough and did a great job with the clean-up afterwards. The communication on a daily basis from Michelle might have been my favorite part of working with Northern Pacific. I got a call every day on the days leading up to the installation informing me about what the situation was with the bad weather. During the job I continued to get the calls which explained exactly where the installers were in the process. I am very satisfied with Northern Pacific and would recommend them to my neighbors,friends and family.
