The fantastic install crew of Nikolay and Dmitriy sided the entire back of our house in 1 day! They answered all of our questions and were extremely gracious to our family.   We hired A Cut Above to replace our siding, cultured stone and paint the whole thing. We’ve done a lot of remodeling over the decades on our house and we’ve never worked with such a wonderful company as A Cut Above. It started with working with Mani the salesperson. I hate to say “salesperson”. The meeting was so comfortable, no pressure, listened to our ideas. It was like talking it over with a friend. Then we met our project manager, Josh. He is very detail oriented and was there for us every step of the way. We always knew when someone would be at our house. He was always a text away to answer our questions. And once again we felt like we had a friend on our side. Andrey & Vlad were the ones doing the hard work of installing the siding. Every day they were at the house they’d explain what was going to happen that day. And at the end of the day everything was spotless! We had Vlad paint our house. It’s not the first time we’ve had our house painted but it is the first time it was painted by someone so precise. In the beginning we walked around the house and talked about every detail and what color it would be. It really was the best paint job that house has ever had. Everyone who stepped foot on our property was so talented, hard working & professional.   Our story is long and it has definitely been an emotional and financial journey. We had a project gone wrong, way wrong! Bill with A Cut Above came out and spent a lot of time counseling what we need to do to fix our issues and helped guide us on code as well as correct business practice. After coming out of the logistics of the job gone bad we hired A Cut Above Exteriors to come redo our siding, windows, and some doors. They were top notch professional! From the start to the end, they were clean, pleasant, helpful, understanding, and really turned a nightmare into a dream home.   We hired SFW to repair our new home that had undisclosed water damage at the time of purchase. TJ was the supervisor assigned to our project and his work was exceptional. TJ is professional, knowledgeable, considerate, kind, thoughtful, courteous, detail oriented, punctual, and always adheres to safety standards. His interpersonal skills are excellent as well. Throughout the entire project, he kept me informed and was transparent about everything related our home restoration. Furthermore, he went above and beyond on multiple occasions to help my family navigate a water damage and new home experience. When we needed documentation of the damage, he helped us by taking 100s of photos. When other new home related projects popped up, TJ was gracious about facilitating the additional projects for us through SFW. We had a gate installed, new hardware installed throughout the house, our cement deck replaced with Timber Tech, and several other small projects that we kept adding to the list! We are extremely grateful to everyone at SFW who worked with us during this 8-month (unexpected) project. Shout out to Jerry, Jay, Jordan, Dominic, Richard, and Jonas! They were also incredibly professional, caring, and helpful during this journey. Jordan was transparent and patient with all things related to billing, Jerry was excellent at managing subcontractors and responsive to our needs as a family. Jerry also provided us a detailed report of SFW findings for our records. Dominic was respectful, professional, kind, detail oriented, and always went above and beyond. TJ and Dominic and other crew members were also incredibly kind to our two dogs and respectful of our privacy in the house. If you are going to have a crew in and around your home, it's sure nice to know they are genuinely professional and considerate human beings. Thank you, TJ, and everyone at SFW!
