- Gibson RoofingI can think of no other construction firm that I’ve had a better experience with than Gibson Roofing. And I’ve seen a LOT. From the first minute talking with Steve there was an air of calm professionalism and knowledge that I came to rely on. In my case it wasn’t clear that a re-roof was necessary. Steve, in an attempt to help make it through one more winter, and without charge, applied sealant around some questionable venting that was not correctly installed 19 years ago. Later we talked at length about better options, and the more I learned about the capabilities of his firm and the quality of Owens Corning roofing materials it was clear that Gibson Roofing is exceptional and I would be well served to utilize their skills. A very competitive same day estimate complete with specifications and a detailed roof drawing framed the proposal nicely. Steve was able to fit the job into my narrow time frame late in this season, and I am very thankful for that. His highly skilled crew descended on my house and had the job done in a couple of days, and it looks great! It kind of freaked out my cats but they’ll get over it. The cleanup afterward was spectacular. I’ve never seen it done better. They’ll be back in a week or so to do gutter repairs as a separate job and I’m looking forward to it

- Royal Remodeling LLCWe met Bryan from Royal Remodeling when he stopped by to get pictures and information for replacing our gutters. The time between contacting Royal and meeting Bryan was only a day, so we were very impressed with his attention to the customer. After meeting with him and discussing the gutters, I brought up that we also would like an estimate for replacing the roof, and he was immediately helpful with that at the same time, gathering that information and arranging a satellite image for accuracy. Bryan sent us the estimates within a couple days, along with photos of other roofs with the same materials. We asked him to stop by to sign the contracts the next day, and he let us know that they would be able to begin work in about 3 weeks. Bryan arrived with his crew on time, and they began work. The crew was amazingly competent and efficient. The old roof was torn off and the new roof installed in only 2 days, along with a new overhang for the back porch, which was custom built by one of the talented crew members. It looks awesome. The next week, another crew arrived to custom build the gutters, and that only took a few hours. We could not be happier with our experience, and the friendliness and skills of the entire crew - we have recommended Royal Remodeling to several neighbors who have already been contacted for services. Our thanks to Bryan and the whole team. The roof looks great now and will last us for decades

"In general, things went well. My home is a 2-story house and requires very long ladders. Only one person showed up to do the job.....and he had a lot of work to handle that very long ladder. I wound up helping position the ladder in some places. I also acted as the "dead-man" on the bottom of the ladder. Couldn't help but think that it would have been better if two people had come to do the work. I would definitely hire them again.

"The Willco guys went out and got started quickly. While the bid was not the cheapest, as a Property Management company with over 350 homes their price was right. They determined the front entry/porch had rotted away in the last 100 years and needed replacement. I verified their assessment and agreed. They rebuilt it and it is now solid - good for another 100 years.
