"They were top notch from top to bottom! The sales person got back to me and answered all my questions, the installation crew was incredible and they did a really great job and there are very little seams on my whole house. The clean up crew was great and the whole job for the entire exterior of my house was done in two days. They installed siding for the whole house, installed soffit and fascia boards, and installed the gutters and downspouts. The house looks phenomenal and they did a really great job. "We worked with JDI Construction for several months while waiting for our loan. They offered several suggestions while we planned the project, some we took and some we chose against. As the project went on we decided, after the fact, to include most of the original suggestions. JDI was quick to adjust to our changes although it would have been easier if we had done it that way in the first place. The team they brought in for demolition, inside and outside work, roof, siding, tile, floor, plumbing, electric were amazing. Everyone was polite and professional. The project was done ahead of schedule although we added things toward the end stretching it out a bit, but that was on us. My wife and I are extremely satisfied with the work done and the price we paid, well worth the value. I will deal with them on any future remodeling or home repair work."

"Everything, start to finish, was of excellent quality and entirely satisfactory. Edgar gave a careful estimate, then worked with me patiently to fine-tune a plan for a custom fascia covering job on a 1926 bungalow. The plan was excellent. Material (painted steel) was fabricated expertly to custom specifications for our application. The three workers who performed the work were meticulous in their work and very pleasant to have around. Work was done with great care, as well as cleanup - often a problem with contractors, in my experience. This was not a huge job, but I would hire High Quality Construction Services again without any hesitation."

"Mike carefully planned the materials and work for replacing the old LP siding on our Victorian home. Mike was very good to work with as I wanted to do the cleanup and some of the tear-off. Mike and his worker James both pay attention to detail and do precise work. Mike suggested adding some trim boards that greatly improved the looks for very little added costs. I highly recommend Prestige Construction and am very pleased with the job they did."

"I've hired them twice and have really mixed feelings. The first time I felt quite good about it - they quoted me for the job based on photos and were able to complete everything in the estimated time and for the estimated amount. The second time I hired them, I had moved house. They initially quoted me based on photos but then last minute informed me they had to send out a "foreman" to finish the quote and that they would charge me extra for his time to come. They then changed the quote massively, and big chunks of it were quite overpriced. I ended up feeling like not only was it a bait-and-switch, but they charged me extra on top of that in the form of their "foreman" fee. I had them do a portion of the second job, but was so put off by the experience and the excessively high quote for the remainder of the work that I did not have them do the rest of my project and don't plan to have them back in the future if I need additional handyman work done."
