"Very disappointed, it quickly became clear that this person had very little experience with contract work or even good business practices. I felt like I was providing advice on how to run a business, and he wasn't able to make any recommendations about the project. The final straw was the posts he put in weren't secure or safe. I had to spend more money to find someone that would take over and finish the project and redo what had been done. I will say he was polite, and even admitted to being in over his head on a basic deck."

"I initially, was reluctant to use this service, because they had zero reviews.....but took a chance and decided to give them a try. I received the pre-service e-mail confirmation along with a 2nd notification, on the day of the project. Unfortunately, my pro never showed up. I did not receive a call or an e-mail as you might expect to advise of a change along with an apology, for wasting my time. I had to reach out to this company to advise that my pro was an hr late and was wanting to cancel. I reached out a 2nd time to officially cancel at the 2 hr mark, as it was too late to start such a big project. Jeff in customer service was very helpful in getting the process of my refund started, and offered an apology. I will not use them again they are unreliable."

Property Services offers small repairs to the homeowner or resort guests to keep your home working effectively. We offer a wide range of small repairs that would usually be completed in just a service call or within a few hours. Service call fees for the first hour will be $50.00 with each additional hour @$35.00. Larger projects will be considered on a case by case basis. Initial consultation fee of $25.00 to meet on site to help prioritize owner lists. The consultation fee will be built in to the first hour of services.
