John did a great job with my deck. He was prompt with providing an estimate with replacing the floor boards and reusing the deck railings. When removing the flooring, we found that all of the joists needed replacing too, John got the necessary materials and quickly went to work to rebuild practically the whole deck. We pre-purchased composite decking but didn’t get everything needed, so John went out and found the rest of the materials and installed them professionally. He also suggested an upgrade to the trim on the deck, which we did and are very happy with. Also, John built new stairs and a stair railing which needed to be longer than the previous one and installed a deck gate for us. The finished project is beautiful and we are very happy with it. He is a professional and I highly recommend his services.

I choose John because I wanted to give a new business a chance, man was I wrong. He took a long time finishing the job, blaming it on the weather, meanwhile he was not even close to pour the concrete at anytime but when it finally did happen. He would leave the job-site, front yard and street (in the middle of the village) littered with debris. I had to spend hours cleaning up after him to make it safe for the neighborhood kids and possible to cut the lawn. The final payment he charged me twice and it took me a week to clear that up with my credit company. Then he took pictures of my house to advertise on his websites without my permission and when I asked him to take them down his response was: What is your deal? VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER

John and his crew from New Look Solutions removed my old patio and installed a new concrete patio. They were very professional and the work was done in a timely number. The patio is exactly what I wanted and I can’t wait to enjoy it this summer?
