He is professional, neat and the work was done perfectly. We've recommended him to friends already and will be using his services again in the future if he needs the work. It can be difficult to find a contractor that shows up, does good work and is neat. We definatly found one here. Thumbs up all the way!!!!!

Two men performed the work. The first 10 days were great, then one of the builders got sick and we had an 8+ day break. They did not provide alternative staff. The delay was a pain, but the guy who was sick was the best guy you could want to do the job, so he was probably worth waiting for. It would have been great if they had another worker that good to cover for him when he was ill. Work standard was generally excellent and contractors staff did all they could to provide a great standard. Cleaned up after themselves every day. respectful and very polite. They made sure the house was curtained off to prevent heat loss. Price was reasonable considering the quality work and materials required. I have had many different contractors disappoint me before. Hilltop were great. The owner reviewed the job and priced it at the beginning and came and checked on it at the end. I'd recommend them and I'll use them again.

Good. Was impressed with client references, professionalism and willingness to answer all questions. What sold it for us was the owner having their mechanical guy come on site before any contracts were signed to take the time to understand our HVAC needs before finishing the contract proposal. Overall, it was very convenient to be able to conduct correspondence throughout the project via email. Cannot say enough positive things about all the employees. They made a point of keeping us informed at the end of the day what was on the menu and when they'd be back. They would all take the time to ask us questions to make sure things were how we wanted them and helped problem solve through a few minor design flaws during the building process. It was very convenient to rely on their professional opinion when we couldn't make up our minds on silly stuff (positioning the towel bars etc.). Subcontractors (esp. concrete, electrical) were top notch. Time table was off - project finished later than expected, but that was not a huge sticking point for us. Overall a glitch with the windows (our fault, not theirs), which they were very understanding about changing things in the project (installing the new windows elsewhere). Also, they went above and beyond to work with the split heat pump system company to try to get us some answers about the system they installed.
