"Dennis did an excellent job. He was fast, accommodating (drove a long distance to measure my property, on short notice) and accurate. He was patient, explaining things to me that would help me use the drawings effectively. He recommended additional online tools for me to use to design my furniture layout. I highly recommend him."

"To be honest Im dealing with a complicated district and I was kind of frustrated that my project was handed off to a new person but Raegan Hammon was the most patient, kind, professional and efficient Architect I have ever had the pleasure 🙏 of doing business with. "Yes the work was done. The two guys that came put in 7 windows and two big bay windows in one day. They did not even taken a break. They cleaned up the small pieces of scrap. Then one week later they came back and put in two new doors with the same professionalism when they did my doors."

"Phil is a good listener and uses what he hears from clients to come up with designs which incorporate their ideas in ways that fit their tastes and requirements and which they never could have imagined, but which suit them to a T."

"In summary I have to say Richard was  excellent!  He came when he said he would and finished the work when he said it would be finished.  As I solicited multiple bids for the work NE Renovations was among the most competitive.  As the work was completed I was so pleased I ended requesting he come back to do additional jobs.  He was very accomadating and even explained various options on how best to accomplish the additional work.
