"New vinyl siding, new roof, 2= 6 by 12 ft. Decks, found a loot of rot from years of water damage. It was a huge job. Due to rain & heat, ordering wrong items or not enough of the items, there were a lot of delays. In the end, we are not happy with the end results. There are many little repairs that we have to do and that is exactly why we hired out, so WE wouldn’t have to do anything."

From lack of communication, follow through, and completion of my project. I started with the first associate, was handed off to the next associate, given engineered plans that didn't even apply to the building I was installing, sent corrections that weren't correct, resent the plans that were incorrect and haven't received anything since. I was transferred to a manager, whom never contacted me until i contacted Rueben the so called supervisor.
