Roy's came highly recommended by friends.  We were pleased with the job done.  The bid process was professional and the work was done on schedule with very good workmanship.  Roy's isn't the least expensive option, but they worked with us to come as close to the competition as possible.

Great--it took a while to get the windows in, but once they arrived the work was quick and excellent.  When I had a few questions regarding trim and insulation they came back out and fixed it immediately.  The workers were very neat to boot.

Jon, our Point of Contact at Roy's was on top of the entire project every step of the way. He kept the subcontractors in line throughout the project. Communication was top notch as was their level of service. The were especially patient with us as we experienced some issues with squirrels in our attic which did some minor damage to the aluminum cladding that they had installed. They re-did the cladding at no extra charge. The final invoice for both the roofing and siding matched their original quotes. We couldn't be happier with the way it looks. They are even providing some finishing touches on the gutters for us even after they've been paid in full for their services. Some day, when we have enough funds for a new sun room, we'll be looking up Roy's as our first choice.

John from Roy's Home siding was wonderful. Very professional, went through all of the options with us and was always on time. The work looks great! I would recommend them to anyone replacing windows in their home.

I did use Roy's in September of last year. I like the quality of their work. They were prompt in when they said that they were going to start and finish the job. The work men were courteous and everything went very well. They were really good.

When I first contacted Roy's I had already received some estimates for replacement windows from other companies. I was impressed by the responsiveness by Jon at Roy's he came out during a snow storm and estimated the job and was really knowledgable and helpful. I decided to go with new construction, since it wasn't much more expensive and I felt it was going to be a longer lasting solution for me. I accepted the estimate and then Jon ordered the windows. What was great is that, later I changed my mind, and ordered two additional windows from Jon for a later install, and also changed my mind about whether or not I wanted trim - I decided to have Roy's trim out the windows and Jon added this on to my order without an issue, even though I had already agreed to a different estimate.
Fast forward about 4-5 weeks when my windows came in from the manufacturer. Jon called me up to see if they could come out to install in a few days. The crew showed up a few days later at 7am (right on time). They worked through the whole day and completed the job. The windows look amazing, the crew didn't leave a mess at all, and everything looks great! I am very happy with the result. I've got Roy's coming back in a few more weeks to install several more windows!

The folks at Roy's are terrific to work with, from beginning to end! They helped us figure out how to get rid of our old casement windows (which I hated), and how to get the look we wanted in a cost effective way. They kept us apprised of the process, which is quite long in our town due to permitting issues. Every time a new step was taken (applied for permit, received permit, ordered windows, etc.) they let us know. Everything went as they told us it would and we are thrilled with our new windows. I would absolutely recommend working with them.

Their estimate and final price were the same and $1,800 cheaper then the other two estimates which were very close to each other. They showed up on time and were done quickly. Very courteous professional workmen. Great results. We're very happy with Roy's.

We, were impressed with the amount of info presented during the initial interview. He was polite and professional.    The quote came back quickly and as detailed as we requested.  Plus he left samples of siding colors for us to look at.  We had questions and our subsequent phone calls were returned quickly.

We were given a start date for the project. Roy's stuck to the date they promised. I was amazed they were able to replace every window in the house in a single day. Once the windows were complete their siding team moved in and actually finished the project a couple of days ahead of schedule. Needless to say we are very pleased, and very impressed with the service.

 had to coordinate with another contractor which at times was not as easy as it should have been, but he followed through as needed and got the job done with very satisfying results. He also coordinated the new gutter installation. I would work with them again anytime and highly recommend them..

From sales to the install team, they were FAIR, HONEST, and PROFESSIONAL.  I must say, I did my research and checking/double-checking, both 20 years ago and now.  And Roy's is still A+.  John in sales was very HELPFUL (wow!), responding very quickly to everything asked.  The price quoted was the price delivered, even delivering a little something extra for me.  The product is great and the service couldn't be beat.  The install team, Jerry and the guys, handled some unexpected repairs smoothly and swiftly, exceeding and surpassing what was required - not too often you get service above and beyond these days.  As a truly overworked homeowner, I was particularly appreciative of the fact that they constantly cleaned up after themselves --  I swear they left my house better than when they walked in!  I was truly happy not to feel as if I were in a 'work zone' while they did the job.  They are just d*** good at what they do.

Seemed very knowledgeable. A little slow to return my initial call, but within a few hours of their callback they had made a visit to my house and called with an estimate. Had to wait a little longer for an opening than I would have liked.  Workers arrived early, left no mess and seemed to do a good job. Billed on the low side of their estimate.
