"Did t run tape across driveway so cars wouldn?t come in. Didn?t charge me what he quoted because driveway needed two coats.. I ended up paying $550 instead of $350 if I had know. That I would have got other quotes to compare."

"Quick reply, fast estimate, soon scheduled, and done the job. Maybe too fast: the edges of the new pavement were uneven and jagged, but, on my request, they came back and fixed them. But also, with every rain, deep puddles form a few feet in front of the garage. I regret not having explicitly specified before the job that I expect the water to run off--but should I have to."

"I was extremely pleased with the work Bert and John did for me. They are extraordinary representatives of Bellavance Land Works. Bert works that excavator like a precision instrument. His work is absolute perfection. I was floored by how great it looked when he was finished. His co worker John went above and beyond what the work required.
