They were 100% knowledgeable about our chimneys and woodstoves.They were able to fix every issue they found (one of which, an old, crumbling terra cotta flue lining, presented two serious safety issues of house fire and carbon monoxide poisoning). They also solved a chronic issue with one of our woodstoves. They had all needed supplies with them and did not leave our home until everything was safe and working properly. We truly appreciated their professionalism, sense of responsibility, and how much they cared about our safety. We plan to have them come for all future chimney and woodstove servuce. "Recently we had three double windows replaced by Home Partners. The carpenters did a good job but there was a major problem with the project manager. He ordered the wrong size windows, that he himself measured, and instead of replacement windows ordered new construction windows. This resulted in increased costs to us for reframing and for having to replace the custom shades that no longer fit. Just a very bad and costly experience. While they claim 100% satisfaction guaranteed, they were not willing to assume any responsibility for an incompetent project manger. Would not recommend and will never even consider again."
