"The Electrician Troy Claussen had some work performed at my house on December 20,2025. Troy was extremely professional and respectful. after explaining the details he replaced the standard outlet with GFCI outlet for my washer as code requires. After installing the outlet he began to observed my other issue why light in the kitchen and lights on bathroom flickers. One of his observation was that the surge protecter that was installed at the panel is not giving enough protection, His advice is to replace the current surge protector and get a stronger one. He also noticed that when my panel was replaced it wasn't done up to code. he also did an amp check on my home and the power is imbalance. He advised me to call call Dominion power to check on that issue. Thank you Troy for the job well done. I would highly recommend Troy to others and I will call him again for my future electrical needs. Thank you Michael & Son and thank you Troy Claussen. "
