Did point out some issues, but I already knew about them, so wasn't like any new surprises, and I have decided to have them take care of them on a follow up visit.(Repointing areas of the firebox etc, around the lintel, and some other stuff). All in all, quite satisfied and would recommend ."

He put a cover down over our hardwood to protect it and was very careful not to scratch anything on our floor. They cleaned the inside, screen and glass (in all the years we had it serviced that has NEVER happened), and put it back together perfectly! Very professional, fast, considerate, and personable! He will be servicing our fireplace from here on out! Thank you so much. We are so excited to have our fireplace back after all these years. We are so lucky to have found you! 👏😊"
