Excellent, Jarrett completed the job and was on time, professional and explained exactly what I needed, unlike another company that had come out and tried to gouge me an tell me that my wood burning insert was not up to code when it has been in the house for over 10 years. Jarrett did a complete inspection, re-sealed the Chimney Cap as well. I was remise in getting this review out when the job was completed. If you need Chimney work done, cleaning, sweeping what ever you want to call it, CALL THE FIRE SAFETY GUYS.

I can't say enough great things about these guys. I have used them in my own home and as a Realtor, have recommended them to many of my clients. They are always professional, work is top quality and their prices are great. As professional firefighters they know what to look for that could cause major problems and safety hazards for homeowners. I use and refer them every chance I get!

I called them after getting no response from a competitor of theirs.  I first spoke with Joe, who could not have been more professional and personable.  I am a prospective landlord and needed my townhouse's smoke detectors inspected.  He let me know what exactly I needed to have done to be compliant.  He told me upfront it would be cheaper for me to buy my own detectors at Lowe's as opposed to buying from them.  I thought that was classy move, not trying to up sell me on every little thing.  We scheduled an appointment for the very next day.  He told me they would call about a half hour before arrival. 
They gave me a 10am-noon arrival time frame.  At 10:30 Joe called and let me know they were running behind due to the job before mine, but they would call again approx. 30 minutes before arrival.  They did just that.  They arrived at my house and immediately got to work, the whole process - smoke detector install and testing, dryer vent cleaning (which required them getting into the attic due to it being vented out through the roof) and chimney inspection (which they did for FREE), took less than hour.
They both are Norfolk fire fighters and have this business on the side.  I would highly recommend these two professional, honest guys.
