"Contractor described in detail what was to be cut or trimmed. The pecan tree had numerous limbs that needed trimming due to illness. There were three limbs that were already broken needing only to be slightly cut to fall completely. The contractor described the different limbs that were dying and needed to be trimmed and shaped,symetrically. I was left assured the dead limbs would be trimmed back and the tree left in a symetrical shape. I was not called to inform me that they were at my home. I had to leave an appointment and drive to my home. Again I went over exactly what the contractor was to do in detail. Due to the other appointment I paid the contractor and left. Since the contractor and I had reviewed the work to be done twice, I felt comfortable paying him."

"Thank you to the hard working professionals at Scott Lane's Tree Service for their excellent work on my project. I initially requested estimates from different tree services through "Angi", and received some estimates. Scott Lane's Tree Service was one of the companies that gave me an estimate. We initially discussed the type of work that I wanted done over the phone. A crew member came out, went over all of the details, and gave me a written estimate that day. On the day of the project, a full crew came out and got the work done within a few hours, which included clean-up of all debris. They did a very thorough job on four tall pine trees which were overgrown, growing over the roof, and reaching power lines towards the street behind the house. Two live oaks, which had grown together, were separated, thinned-out, and shaped. A mimosa tree and a mulberry tree were cut back from the house, and from over the driveway. Deadwood was also removed from the two. I highly recommend your company. Thank you again for a great job!"

His crew was amazing, friendly, and respectful. Trust was established instantly. Watching the guys work, you can tell that they love what they do and take pride in it. Not to mention the teamwork. Not a single person stood idly by waiting for instructions. Very impressed with the climber and knowing exactly where to cut. Everything around the yard was virtually unscathed. "I have a rose bush beside my mailbox that has sentimental value with my daughter. When they first came out they cut it down while edging around it. When I brought it to the owners attention he assured me that this would not happen again. Luckily the rose started to come back, and I was very happy. Now the second time they came out.. and again they edged right over it and cut it down again. This time when brought to his attention he seemed to not care and definitely did not take any responsibility. His response was that he did not do it, that one of his guys did, and from now on he will tell his crew to not even go around the mailbox. So now the mailbox will not get edged? I will not be recommending his service to anyone. Very disappointed in the service I received. "
