"Lee came out right away to help us with a leaking hot-water shut-off valve located under the kitchen sink and leading to our dishwasher.Lee is very polite and easy to talk to. He explained that he would first try to repair the valve because that would be the least expensive fix. When he took off the valve, he showed us that the rubber washer had disintegrated (30-year-old house) leaving metal on metal. Not good! He cleaned it up, put in a new washer, and put it back in. Lee was a pleasure to work with."

Received a phone call on Monday and they apologized for not being able to come out right away and came out on the Tuesday morning. Brandon, the technician, was familiar with the brand, troubleshot professionally. Replaced a part attached to the compressor and rectified a mistake that I had made in trying to do the job myself, I had installed incompatible parts. He had what was needed in the truck. Things were up and running in just a little over and hour. About two hours after tech left, I called GH to say the fridge was still not down to temperature. It was suggested I give it more time and call if it didn't cool properly. They were right! I learned to let the pros do it. Good outfit."

"After they repaired the leak and charged the system with 410A refrigerant, they informed me that there is an additional problem and the unit still was not running. They told me it needed a new TXV. they gave me a part number to order and said they would come back to install. I ordered the part and about a week later they came back. At that point they told me that the part was the wrong one (I double checked, it was the part number they texted to me, confirmed). SInce I had gone for several weeks without heat at this point, I went ahead and researched it myself and ordered the correct TXV and they said they would come back and install. Another week went by and it tried to contact them several times and they ignored me. Finally they told me that they were too busy and would not come back, leaving me with two parts that I ordered and unit still down. I had to hire another person to repair unit and it cost me an additional$285 to recharge unit properly."
