"Lee came out right away to help us with a leaking hot-water shut-off valve located under the kitchen sink and leading to our dishwasher.Lee is very polite and easy to talk to. He explained that he would first try to repair the valve because that would be the least expensive fix. When he took off the valve, he showed us that the rubber washer had disintegrated (30-year-old house) leaving metal on metal. Not good! He cleaned it up, put in a new washer, and put it back in. Lee was a pleasure to work with."

"I was surprised that Mike answered my phone call on a Sunday after 5PM when my hot water heater broke. We agreed he would come Monday morning. He was prompt, courteous and efficient. My hot water heater had to be ordered as it is an older type of system. The next day, I noticed some leaking. Mike's son came out and stopped the leak and was able to restore hot water to our house (we have a 2 tank system) while we waited for the new one to arrive. The new tank arrived and they very promptly got it installed for us. I had been using a larger plumbing company that always charged an exorbitant fee just to show up at my front door. PMK Plumbing did NOT nickle and dime me like the larger plumbing companies do. I am delighted to find a personal, independent plumbing company for my future plumbing needs!
